The Tomb of Mehu is an Old Kingdom burial site in the Saqqara necropolis near Giza, belonging to Mehu, a high-ranking vizier from the Sixth Dynasty around 2300 BC. Discovered in 1940, the tomb is renowned for its vivid wall paintings and inscriptions depicting daily life activities such as hunting, fishing, harvesting, cooking, and dancing, as well as the 48 titles held by Mehu. Its long corridors and multiple chambers also contain burial spaces for his family, providing valuable insight into Old Kingdom art, administration, and funerary practices.
